Rufella is a senior going into her first year of journalism as a staff writer. For years, Rufella always had a passion for literature and planned to pursue a career in writing before changing her mind into pursuing a career in forensics. Her interest for journalism sparked her sophomore year but was not able to join due to schedule complications; however, joining her senior year, Rufella hopes she makes endless memories with other staff members and serves the Mills’ community. In her leisure time, Rufella enjoys spending time with people she is closest to, rewatching The Menu, and from time to time she finds peace with reading in her room while blasting white noise. Her favorite books include The Perfect Marriage by Jeneva Rose and The Silent Treatment by Abbie Greaves. Rufella is thrilled to be a part of the Mills Thunderbolt team and looks forward to all she will learn this year!
